Parkour at CrossFit Kids

Elijah and Nani showoff their new Parkour moves. Thanks Coach Randall for coming to CrossFit Kids today to teach us these great skills. We learned how to vault, worked on balance, speed and agility.

Remember, beginning Monday August 3rd, CrossFit Kids Indoor will be divided into an older and a younger class. 7-10 year olds will be at 4:00-4:45 and 11 and up will be at 4:45-5:30.
