Tabata This!


Today's WOD for CrossFit Kids M/W 4pm class was "Tabata This!"

8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds rest:
- Box Jumps
- Sit Ups
- Push Ups
- Squats
- Row

The kids had a good workout and had even more fun playing the "Fish Game" on the Concept 2 Rower for our cool down time. This class meets Monday/Wednesday at 4pm and is open to boys and girls ages 8-14. There is an adult co-ed CrossFit class that meets at the same time, so parents can workout at the same time as their kids.
