Our CrossFit Central Kids indoor class is really growing, we had 12 kids today! Beginning next week (August 3rd) we will split the class into an older and younger class. If you are 7-10 years old your class is at 4:00-4:45 and if you are 11-16 years old your class is at 4:45-5:30. Contact Coach Heather for more information.
